T.NUA
Exhibition & Magazine launch

Visual assets and magazine design of T.NUA Collective, an artist-led and self-funded initiative that has cultivated collaborative projects and residencies that explore socio-cultural and environmental themes.

A T.NUA Exhibition marks T.NUA’s first exhibition, highlighting interconnectedness as its central theme. Showcasing works by Ornaghi & Prestinari (OP), Delcy Morelos, Namsal Siedlecki, Oli Bonzanigo, Francesco Fossati, and Tao Kulczycki, the exhibition extends T.NUA's annual exploration of our relationship with the earth, regeneration, and the web of connections that bind us to each other, to nature, and to the materials we work with.
Each artist emphasizes craftsmanship and material experimentation, reclaiming craft as a conceptual and physical practice that embraces slow, process-driven methods of making.

Delcy Morelos and Namsal Siedlecki, who participated in T.NUA’s Craftsmanship Program in collaboration with Museo Carlo Zauli in Faenza, Italy, are central to this theme. Through working with local artisans and engaging with the rich ceramic heritage of Faenza, they reflect on the interconnectedness of human beings, materiality, and the earth. Morelos' Untitled, 2024, made of black gres, is inspired by the “calanchi” landscape of Faenza, a region defined by its interwoven rock formations, ravines, and eroded fields. Siedlecki’s Vaso, 2023, made from gres and containing water examines the relationship between container and contained, created in response to the flood that affected the Emilia-Romagna region in 2023.

The works of Ornaghi & Prestinari (OP) further emphasize human relationships. Sfiorare, 2025, a diptych of pigmented linen canvases suspended on a single nail, naturally tilts towards each other, achieving equilibrium through their delicate interaction. Teso, 2025, extends this exploration of equilibrium, presenting everyday objects that are suspended in a fragile harmony.Oli Bonzanigo’s CL/P1, 2025 is a metallic disc composed of two copper-based alloys, specifically crafted during the casting process to conduct electro-acoustic signals. Presented in its silent form, the work emphasizes intrinsic interconnection, as the two welded plates merge into a unified center, highlighting their organic dialogue. Francesco Fossati’s Avocado Test [B], 2022, an avocado eco-print on organic cotton framed in FSC-certified spruce, meditates on art, nature, and sustainability, bringing attention to the symbiosis between human creation and environmental responsibility. Tao Kulczycki’s Untitled, 2023, is a sculptural wall piece made of textured handmade terracotta tiles in various hues. The tiles' size and angles are measured to form an incomplete circle with an empty space, reflecting the individual, the collective, and the non-material essence that unifies all.

By reactivating time-honored techniques within contemporary contexts, A T.NUA Exhibition highlights the delicate balance between preservation and reinvention. It prompts us to reconsider our role in a world marked by rapid consumption, ecological fragility, and cultural transformation, reminding us that everything is interconnected—each action, each material, and each individual part of a larger whole.

T.NUA Magazine serves as the editorial voice of T.NUA, offering a dedicated platform for artistic dialogue, research, and experimental publishing. The inaugural issue provides an in-depth exploration of T.NUA’s projects, partnerships, and vision, featuring contributions from artists, curators, writers, illustrators, researchers, and cultural institutions that align with the collective’s annual theme of soil, earth, interconnectedness, and regeneration. As a limited-edition, self-published, and independent magazine with a digital counterpart, T.NUA Magazine will evolve each year, adapting its format and content to reflect T.NUA’s ongoing projects, collaborations, and thematic focus.
